Brad Ausmus downplayed the severity of the injury but this is obviously not what you want to hear if you currently own Heaney. Especially in light of his injury history, the Angels surely want to be careful with Heaney, so it's possible they're just being overly cautious. Fantasy owners should monitor the injury closely but, for now, there does not seem to be a reason to lower Heaney down your draft board.
