Lester was injured while running the bases in Monday's home-opening victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates. Manager Joe Maddon only expects the veteran lefty to miss one or two starts at most. Lester has a 2.57 ERA with 14 strikeouts through 14 innings on the season.
