Andrew Benintendi will not be in the lineup for Wednesday and I would not expect him to be available from the bench. This is the third consecutive game that Benintendi has missed due to his ankle injury, which occurred when he fouled a ball off of his foot during Sunday's contest. (Chris Cotillo on Twitter)

Benintendi owners need to continue to hold their breath and wait for a formal update from the Red Sox. Any extended loss of Benintendi would surely hurt a little as the outfielder is slashing .293/.364/.448 thus far in 2019.
