Lester was battered around a bit Thursday, and he just couldn't settle into a groove. This is his first start giving up five or more runs since June 13, so it's a bit of an outlier. He has a 3.86 ERA overall, to go along with a 1.34 WHIP and 116 strikeouts in 119 innings. He'll take on the Athletics at home in his next start, scheduled for Tuesday.
