Minnesota Twins first baseman C.J. Cron pinch-hit for Nelson Cruz and went 0-for-2 in a 7-5 loss to Cleveland on Thursday.

Cruz appeared to injure his wrist on a swing and was replaced at DH by Cron. Cron is hitting .263 with 19 homers but he hasn't been playing every day since being activated from the IL on August 3.
