This was Greinke's first live action after being given lubricating injections into his elbow a few weeks ago. We should never overreact to Spring Training stats but elbow issues always need to be taken seriously. I would not feel comfortable with Greinke as my #1 pitcher. As a #2 would be fine but I doubt he falls that much.
