Zack Greinke pitched three innings Monday against the Oakland Athletics. He only gave up one hit that was a homerun and one walk but his pitch count was high and he had multiple three ball counts. Greinke did strike out two.
Fantasy Impact
Greinke's elbow seems to be fine and he looks to be stretching out for the regular season. He's had elbow injections in the past but that is a sensitive area for a pitcher. I still maintain that he will be a great #2 but I'd be leery of him being my #1.
