"I don’t see Kyle as a huge outfield risk for us. We do have some guys that are better defensive outfielders than Kyle. But he plays a solid left field to me. And I don’t have any hesitation with putting him out there, said Cubs' manager David Ross. Schwarber will most likely lead the team in DH at-bats this season and rotate between Ian Happ, Steven Souza and Jayson Heyward. The 27-year-old had career-year in 2019, slashing .250/.339/.531 with 38 homers, 92 RBI, 82 runs and two stolen bases across 610 plate appearances.
