Luzardo tested positive for COVID-19 at the beginning of July and is still not in A's summer camp. He is very unlikely to handle a traditional starter's workload this year, especially early on in the season, which makes him a risky fantasy selection. The young lefty should provide elite ratios but innings are likely to play an important role in this abbreviated season.
