After testing positive for COVID-19 in early July, Junis was shut down just before Opening Day. After clearing MLB and local protocol, he's ready to make his return to the Royals' rotation. Junis will pitch plenty of innings for Kansas City, but has historically struggled with the long ball, and registered a 5.24 ERA in 2019.
