Alvarez was just activated off the injured-list on Friday and the knee issue isn't anything new as he was dealing with discomfort during Spring Training. It sounds like it's a day-to-day situation and the Astros are being cautious with the 23-year old slugger. Hopefully a day off does him good. Stay tuned for further updates.
