Phillips was once a top-100 prospect but hasn't really panned out with the bat. He's a defensive wizard, however, so it'll be interesting to watch Tampa Bay utilize him and Kevin Kiermaier. Add in Manuel Margot and this is easily the best defensive outfield in baseball.
