Jose Abreu went 1-for-5 with a double in the White Sox Game 3 Wild Card loss to the A's on Thursday.

It was a rough game for Abreu, who had been so clutch all season with RISP for the CHiSox. The AL-MVP candidate had his chances to either extend or take back the lead for the White Sox but he grounded out with the bases juiced in the second inning and grounded into a double play with two runners on in the eighth. He has nothing to hang his head about, though, as the future is looking mighty bright on the south side of Chicago.
