Crow was acquired in the offseason by the Marlins from the Royals and was expected to play a role in the bullpen this season. He had been solid in Grapefruit League play, but his absence shouldn't make too much of a difference on the Marlins or in fantasy leagues. Sam Dyson will take his place on the 25-man roster.
