Nightengale adds that the Cubs won't be extending contracts to Kyle Schwarber or Albert Almora, however. Bryant had a disastrous 2020 campaign, hitting just .206 with four homers while posting a .644 OPS. He'll be a free agent after 2021, but he's still a candidate to be traded this offseason.
