Ben Zobrist didn't take long to make an impact for his new team, smashing a first inning, two-run home run. He also picked up a double later in the game.
Fantasy Impact
The two runs ended up being all Oakland needed as the Rangers were shut out. Zobrist, expected to play all over the diamond, got the start in left field and his multiple position eligibility makes him a useful fantasy player to own. He's back in action tonight against the Rangers.
