Roberts added that Taylor's ability to play multiple positions on defense provides more value to the team as opposed to having him stick at one position. Taylor has triple eligibility (2B, SS, and OF) on most fantasy platforms and could potentially earn a fourth if he were to get time at the hot corner as the Dodgers have already stated they wanted to give veteran third baseman Justin Turner some regular rest this season. Gavin Lux will likely emerge as the Dodgers' everyday second baseman but Taylor should make his way into the lineup on a regular basis one way or another.
