The Athletics have acquired outfielder Skye Bolt from the Giants. It's an interesting development for the former fourth-round pick, who opened the year in Oakland but was designated for assignment and then claimed off waivers by San Francisco. (Oakland Athletics PR on Twitter)
Fantasy Impact
Through 11 career at-bats in the majors, Bolt has just one hit. He impressed in the minors, though, slashing .269/.350/.459 with 11 home runs through 89 games at the Triple-A level in 2019. He's now back with the A's organization and has been assigned to Triple-A Las Vegas once again.
