Dellin Betances pitched a perfect eighth inning in the Yankees 4-1 win over the Rays on Monday. Betances struck out two in the outing.
Fantasy Impact:
Dellin Betances struggled mightily in spring training and had trouble with his control early on in the season but has been fantastic over the past two weeks. He is yet to allow an earned run and has five holds on the season. While his value diminished some as Andrew Miller was named the Yankees closer, Betances stills holds some value with his strikeout numbers and in leagues where holds are a category.
