Detroit Tigers reliever Jose Cisnero threw a scoreless ninth inning to preserve a 4-3 win over the White Sox on Saturday. Cisnero struck out one in the frame.
Fantasy Impact:
With regular closer Michael Fulmer dealing with arm fatigue, the Tigers turned to Cisnero to close out the game and he was up to the task. It goes into the books as the first save of his career. If Fulmer ends up needing a stint on the injured list, Cisnero is a name to keep an eye on in fantasy.
