The New York Post's Joel Sherman reports Rocker will command a signing bonus of $6 million, which is a lot higher than the assigned slot value for the 10th overall pick. It isn't an issue for New York, though, who are more than happy to have had Rocker fall to them at No. 10 overall. Rocker will be one of the top picks for fantasy managers in first year player drafts.
