Bauer has a court hearing on April 4, and the rumor among beat writers is that he believes that hearing will lead to information that will show that he did nothing wrong. From a fantasy standpoint, managers have to accept that they have no clarity at this point, as there have been no signs as to how long Bauer's leave might last or whether he will ultimately be suspended. If you do draft Bauer, do so late and plan your roster around the uncertainty.
