Cincinnati Reds SP Vladimir Gutierrez pitched five innings on Saturday, striking out four, walking one, and allowing six hits for one earned run in the Reds' 3-2 win over the Giants.
Fantasy Impact:
Despite picking up his first win of the season Gutierrez should remain far from fantasy rosters as even in the win he still gave up a run and allowed more hits than innings pitched. The Reds starting pitcher now carries a record of 1-6 and a ERA of 7.71 and will likely remain of no value in fantasy for the whole season.
