Dustin May surrenders three earned runs Friday

by Diego Sandoval | Dodgers Correspondent | Sat, Sep 10th 2:28am EDT

Dustin May did not factor into the decision after allowing four runs (three earned) on five hits and three walks while striking out three in five innings of Friday's 5-4 loss to the Padres.

Fantasy Impact:

Since turning in two impressive starts against the Marlins in his return from Tommy John surgery, May has struggled in back-to-back outings against San Diego. In his last two starts, thee righthander has allowed nine earned runs in 10 innings and has struck out just eight batters compared to his eight walks. This K:BB ratio is a bit concerning, as the flamethrower's fantasy upside is dependent on his strikeout stuff. He will look to turn things back around against the Diamondbacks on Wednesday.
