Rangers GM Chris Young recently mentioned several names for consideration, but given Leclerc's track record, he's likely the top candidate for the closer's role. The 29-year-old has battled injuries in recent seasons but has collected 36 saves for the club as part of his 229 career appearances. Leclerc returned from Tommy John surgery to post a 2.83 ERA and 27.3% K% while locking down seven games across 39 appearances for the Rangers in 2022.
