Fantasy Impact:
The Orioles announced Hall will be stretched out as a starter this spring and that remains the plan despite the back ailment. The 24-year-old southpaw got into 11 games with the Orioles (one start) in 2022, registering a 5.93 ERA and 29.7% K% across 13 2/3 innings pitched. He also made 22 appearances, including 18 starts, at Triple-A, working to a 4.70 ERA and 36.1% K% across 76 2/3 innings of action.
