Major League Baseball released its statement Sunday after concluding its investigation. Clevinger was accused of both domestic violence and child abuse stemming from his time with the San Diego Padres. He signed a one-year deal with the White Sox this winter following a down 2022 season that saw him pitch to a 4.33 ERA and 18.8% K% across 114 1/3 innings in his return from Tommy John surgery.
