If all goes well for deGrom in the outing he could pitch in a game early next week. The oft-injured superstar is still scheduled to be ready for the start of the season according to Rangers general manager Chris Young. deGrom has made just 26 starts over the last two seasons and is coming off a 3.08 ERA and monstrous 42.7% K% across 11 starts from a season ago. When healthy, deGrom is arguably the best pitcher on the planet but his significant injury risk is a major red flag to prospective fantasy owners.
