Yonder Alonso went 2-for-4 with a run scored. The Nationals held San Diego down for the most part so despite his two hits, he was not confronted with a lot of great opportunities to pad his counting stats outside of trying to hit a HR which is not his game.

He is still a solid average guy who is more valuable to the Padres than to fantasy owners.
