Luis Contreras recalled by Astros

The Astros recalled right-hander Luis Contreras from Triple-A Sugar Land on Tuesday, according to Ari Alexander of KPRC 2 Houston. Contreras returns just one day after being optioned, taking the active roster spot of Spencer Arrighetti (thumb), who landed on the injured list. (Ari Alexander)
