Bradley Blalock allowed one earned run on six hits while striking out one over 5 2/3 innings in Saturday's loss to the Reds.

The right-hander has struggled on the mound when called upon, allowing three or more runs in three of his last four starts for the Rockies. After yesterday’s performance, Blalock now has a 9.97 ERA and 1.80 WHIP to go with an 0-2 record across four starts this season.
