Hanley Ramirez (wrist) is in the lineup for Monday's game against the A's, Jason Mastrodonato of the Boston Herald reports. Ramirez was struck by a pitch on the wrist in Sunday's game, but he was not removed from the contest, and will not be forced to sit out Monday either.
