	The Twins signed RHP Drew Smith to a minor league contract. Ari Koslow Sun, Mar 29th	The Padres sent RHP Ty Adcock outright to Triple-A El Paso. Ari Koslow Wed, Jun 17th
	Smith missed all of 2025 recovering from his second Tommy John surgery and signed a minor-league deal with the Nationals in mid-February. He allowed two hits and two walks while striking out seven across 5.1 scoreless innings in six Grapefruit League appearances but was not on track to make the Opening Day roster.
