Kevin Durant shoots at 56 percent to score 21 points against Cleveland

Kevin Durant (F - PHO)

On the court for 28 minutes in Monday night's home win against the Cavaliers, Kevin Durant went 9-for-16, including 3-for-7 from three-point range. He also pulled down six rebounds and contributed five assists.

Fantasy Impact
Of the starting team, only Zaza Pachulia played fewer minutes than Kevin Durant. The Warriors' big three received a rest early in the fourth quarter when it was clear they had the game in the bag. Durant was again down on shot attempts, behind Klay Thompson (17) and Stephen Curry (20). He was also down on rebounds -- he had half as many as Pachulia and Draymond Green -- where he normally takes the lead. It's hard to imagine that Durant was being rested for such a high-profile match-up. It appears that he's been relegated to a more supporting role in the Warriors' offense, now being led by Stephen Curry. If this remains the case, Durant's ceiling will be capped.
