Fantasy Impact
Payne's Wednesday night was just about the average for what we've seen from him over the past five games. While he can threaten a points-assists double-double when he starts, his ceiling isn't much higher than 10 in either category. Payne is a decent cheap DFS play if Kris Dunn isn't in the lineup.
