Dirk Nowitzki suffers injury scare in Washington

With eight minutes left in the 4th quarter, Dirk Nowitzki fell to the floor with what appeared to be a lower leg injury. Nowitzki went to the locker room with trainers, but did return to the game with a little over three minutes remaining. He finished with 13 points, fueled by his 3-4 shooting from behind the arc. Nowitzki also grabbed four rebounds, dished out two assists and had a steal in 28 minutes. (ESPN)
Fantasy Impact:
It appeared Nowitzki simply tweaked an ankle and needed a re-taping by trainers. Since he returned to the game, I wouldn't expect Nowitzki to miss any time. Just in case keep an eye on if he practices before leaving him in your roster for Friday's game against the Lakers.
