Smart is a solid option late in re-draft leagues but the return of Kyrie Irving and Gordon Hayward will leave fewer minutes for Smart as well as the emergence of young talent in Terry Rozier, Jaylen Brown, Jayson Tatum, and Semi Oyejele.
