Jonas Valanciunas went 6-for-11 for 18 points, nine rebounds, an assist and a steal over 21 minutes played against Utah on Tuesday.

Valanciunas was a perfect 6-for-6 at the free throw line and managed five of his nine boards on the offensive glass. In the past Valanciunas has typically produced phenomenal numbers when given ample playing time and Tuesday was no different. The biggest concern with Valanciunas will be the apparent competition he will see at the center position this season, fighting for playing time with Greg Monroe, Serge Ibaka, and possibly Chris Boucher.
