Even with Lauri Markkanen out for the next month and a half to two months Parker will still be what his coach has called 'the focal point of the second unit'. Parker will have to make a good impression to start the season because when Markkanen returns someone's minutes are going to take a huge hit. Hopefully it won't be the former Blue Devil.
