LaMarcus Aldridge finished Monday night's game against the Pelicans with seven points, 10 rebounds, and two assists in 30 minutes. Aldridge was coming off of a 24 point and 18 rebound performance against the weakened Warriors front court but was tasked to go against the stout front court of the Pelicans which obviously includes Anthony Davis. Aldridge finished 2-for-11 from the field and only went to the free-throw line four times which is not a good sign for owners.
Fantasy Impact
Despite all of the shooting struggles, Aldridge is only shooting 41.5% from the field which isn't good but it also isn't as bad as it could be. He's also still posting 17 points and 11 rebounds in 35 minutes per game which means that the Spurs really have no other options so Aldridge has to find his form. Owners should just ride this out and hopefully he'll be that top-30 player that owners drafted very soon.
