DeMarcus Cousins fills stat sheet in Game 2 win

DeMarcus Cousins (C - FA)

DeMarcus Cousins put up a double-double of 11 points and 10 rebounds in a victory over the Toronto Raptors. He also threw in six assists to boot and helped tie the NBA Finals one game apiece.

Fantasy Impact
After a surprise start, Cousins rewarded his team with physical play in the paint and crisp passing. The center overcame early foul trouble and got better as the game continued, as he even played in the crunch time of the fourth quarter. His 28 minutes of action was probably more than what Coach Steve Kerr intended, but injuries to Klay Thompson and Kevon Looney made his impact all the more important. In fact, his plus-minus rating of +12 tied for the team lead along with Draymond Green and Steph Curry. Though it's unlikely he fully recovers from his quad injury in this series, his production in this game bodes well for the Warriors as they look to take a 2-1 lead in Oakland this Wednesday.
