Michael Kidd-Gilchrist notches another double-double in Hornets win
by Andrew Chambers | Thu, Mar 5th 1:29am EST
Michael Kidd-Gilchrist scored 12 points and grabbed 13 rebounds in Charlotte's huge win over the Nets on Wednesday. The youngster from Kentucky now has four double-doubles in his last five games. Kidd-Gilchrist is averaging 38 minutes per game in March, but owners should his minutes to decrease with the return of Kemba Walker looming.
Fantasy Impact:
Kidd-Gilchrist doesn't bring fantasy owners much more than points and rebounds, but his field-goal percentage has been well over 50 percent lately, which is a huge bonus for a guy who struggled to knock down the easiest of shots last season. With Kemba Walker returning to action in the next week or so, Kidd-Gilchrist will definitely see less time, though it should still be around 30 minutes per game. If you can sell high on MKG I would do it soon, and if not, he will still have decent value for the rest of the season.
