Noel was picked up in a lot of leagues when Steven Adams was struggling, but with Adams comfortable and healthy in the starting lineup again Noel's upside is severely hampered. He's scored 10 points in three of his last four games but hasn't done enough this season to garner any significant fantasy relevance.
