Fantasy Impact
In his final season with the Knicks during the 2018-19 season, Thomas played in 46 contests and averaged 17.0 minutes of playing time, 4.5 points, 2.5 rebounds, and .6 assists per game. He will join newly acquired Michael Beasley, where they will more than likely be vying for the back-up power forward role behind Rodions Kurucs. At this point, it is difficult to say how Thomas will be used as part of the Nets’ rotation. Even though there is a substantial amount of value available, it is hard to determine where it will flow, given the current question marks plaguing the roster. As of now, it would be best to take a wait-and-see approach before making any moves.
