Wesley Iwundu (concussion) unlikely to play on Friday

Speaking with the media on Wednesday, Magic head coach Steve Clifford stated that although Wesley Iwundu's headaches have ended, he is unlikely to play on Friday against the Nets. (Josh Robbins on Twitter)

Fantasy Impact:

Iwundu took a hard fall during Saturday's scrimmage against the Lakers and was put in the league's concussion protocol as a result. The fact that he no longer has headaches is a good sign but Friday's match-up against the Nets appears to be too soon for Iwundu to clear protocol. The 25-year-old was quietly doing a solid job filling in for Jonathan Isaac after he went down with a serious leg injury back on January 1st. Since then, Iwundu has averaged 6.6 points and 2.5 rebounds in 18.9 minutes per night, however, Isaac's return to the lineup renders Iwundu useless from a fantasy perspective even when healthy.
