Fantasy Impact:
Payne hasn't played since January 22, but his availability couldn't come at a better time. Chris Paul will miss the next 6-8 weeks with a right thumb fracture, meaning the 27-year-old guard should see a major boost in fantasy value. He should slide right into the Suns' starting lineup. As a result, he is worth rostering in all leagues.
