The 32-year-old much traveled Williams will serve as a backup to Kyrie Irving and could also see some time in a small two-guard lineup. The signing of Williams may mean that Cleveland is cooling on trading for Joe Johnson or Jamal Crawford. Either way Williams will be lucky to get 20 minutes per game and should not be much of a factor in fantasy unless Irving has a setback with his knee injury.
