Martin scored 22.0 points in the Heat’s loss to the Nets, making this his best scoring performance this season. He is streaky in his production but has historically demonstrated some upside when afforded at least 25.0 minutes of playing time. November was his best month of production last season, but what he was able to do in the postseason last May against the Celtics could fuel growing intrigue amongst those looking to add more depth and upside to their roster rotation in response to this performance. Martin could be a viable play in daily formats as part of a stars-and-scrubs lineup, especially if he can get some consistent run. He has a usage rate of 28.1 percent, a plus-minus of -0.3, and is averaging 20.4 minutes, 7.6 points, 3.3 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.0 steals per game while shooting 34.4 percent from the floor and 24.0 percent from beyond the arc.
