Tyrese Maxey struggles from field, salvages line with threes

Tyrese Maxey battled through a tough shooting night in Friday's loss to the Bulls, finishing with 27 points on 9-of-24 shooting. Despite the inefficiency, he buoyed his fantasy value with five three-pointers, eight assists, four rebounds, and two blocks.
Fantasy Impact:
The young guard did most of his damage in the middle quarters, scoring 18 of his points during that stretch, but started and ended the game cold. This performance continues a mini-slump for Maxey, who has shot just 12-of-38 from the floor over his last two contests—both Sixers losses. He will look to find his rhythm again when Philadelphia hosts the Thunder on Sunday.
