Yanic Konan Niederhauser sets career highs in extended run
by Bruno Mulé | Clippers Correspondent | Wed, Dec 31st 10:15am EST
Yanic Konan Niederhäuser seized the opportunity created by Ivica Zubac’s absence in Tuesday’s win over the Kings, tallying career highs with 16 points (6-of-8 FGs, 4-of-6 FTs) and six rebounds while adding two assists and a block.
Fantasy Impact:
Stepping in as the backup to Brook Lopez, the rookie first-round pick out of Penn State was highly efficient, shooting 75% from the field. It was a breakout showing for Niederhäuser, who had reached double-digit minutes just twice in his first 12 appearances. While he isn't quite ready for redraft consideration, this performance offers a promising glimpse of his upside for dynasty managers.
